What's included
General Health Assessment
- General assessment — Height, weight, BMI, blood pressure and pulse rate.
- Internal medicine examination — Physical assessment of heart, lung, liver, spleen and abdomen to exclude medical diseases.
- Surgical examination — Assessment of skin, thyroid, superficial lymph nodes, spine, limbs and joints.
- ENT examination — Routine check of ears, nose, pharynx and tonsils for common ENT conditions.
- Gynecology examination — Palpation and instrumental examination to exclude common gynecological disorders.
Laboratory Tests
- Full blood count (CBC) — Screening for anemia, infectious diseases and hematological disorders.
- Fasting blood glucose — Blood sugar on an empty stomach; initial diabetes screening.
- Lipid profile (6 items) — Cholesterol and triglycerides; cardiovascular and metabolic risk assessment.
- Liver function (11 items) — Screening for hepatobiliary diseases and liver function.
- Renal function (3 items) — Screening for kidney diseases and gout risk.
- Urinalysis + quantitative urine sediment — Screening for urinary and endocrine system diseases.
Tumor Markers (nasopharyngeal, colorectal, liver, pancreatic, ovarian, prostate)
- EBV antibody (2 items) — Early detection marker for nasopharyngeal carcinoma; highly specific and sensitive.
- CEA — Broad-spectrum marker for colorectal, pancreatic and gastric cancer, plus lung, breast and ovarian cancer.
- AFP — Key screening marker for liver cancer.
- CA125 — Auxiliary screening marker, including pancreatic cancer.
- CA15-3 — Sensitive to breast cancer; also of screening value for ovarian, pancreatic and cervical cancer.
- CA19-9 — Screening for pancreatic and colorectal cancer; treatment and prognosis assessment.
- CA72-4 — Highly sensitive to gastric and other GI tumors, and non-small-cell lung cancer.
- Total & free PSA (TPSA/FPSA) — Prostate cancer marker; initial prostate screening.
Women's Health Screening
- Leucorrhea test — Detects infections such as Candida and Trichomonas vaginitis.
- Thinprep cytologic test (TCT) — Early detection of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions.
- HPV genotyping — Detects HPV infection that can lead to cervical lesions and cancer.
Gastric Health Screening
- 13C-urea breath test — Detects Helicobacter pylori infection, closely linked to gastric cancer.
Diagnostic Imaging & Cardiac
- Liver, gallbladder, spleen & pancreas ultrasound — Imaging diagnosis of hepatobiliary, splenic and pancreatic diseases.
- Bilateral renal, ureteral & bladder ultrasound — Imaging of kidneys, ureters and bladder.
- Thyroid & neck lymph node ultrasound — Imaging of thyroid-related diseases.
- Breast & axillary lymph node ultrasound (female) — Detects breast hyperplasia, masses, nodules, cysts, adenomas and cancer.
- Transabdominal gynecological ultrasound (female) — Uterus, fallopian tube and ovary morphology.
- 12-lead resting ECG — Rapid diagnosis of arrhythmia, myocardial infarction and ischemia.
- Chest X-ray (DR) — Diagnosis of lung, pleural, chest-wall, mediastinal and bronchial diseases.
