Who this package is for
For men tracking long-term chronic-disease risk: it combines the core organ screening with total and free PSA, urinary-tract ultrasound and an extended immunology and cardiovascular risk panel.
What's included
Consultation & Physical Examination
- Pre-consultation with a physician — A review of your past medical history, family history, surgery and lifestyle habits, with personalised screening advice.
- Vital signs assessment — Height, weight, BMI, blood pressure and pulse rate.
- Internal medicine examination — Cardiopulmonary, abdominal, dorsalis pedis artery, lower-limb oedema and renal assessment.
- Surgical examination — Skin, lymph nodes, thyroid, breasts, bones and joints.
- Body composition analysis — Segmental fat, muscle mass and visceral-fat estimates used to track metabolic and nutritional status.
Laboratory Tests
- Complete blood count (CBC) — Screening for anemia, infection and hematological disorders.
- Urinalysis — Screening for urinary tract infection, hematuria, proteinuria and metabolic disease.
- Stool routine — Microscopy of stool for occult blood, parasites and digestive abnormalities.
- Renal function panel (3 items) — Urea, creatinine and uric acid: kidney excretory function, protein metabolism and gout risk.
- Electrolyte panel (6 items) — Sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium, phosphorus and magnesium balance.
- Liver function panel — ALT, AST, total protein, albumin, prealbumin, total and direct bilirubin, total bile acids, GGT, ALP and ferritin.
- Total cholesterol — Overall blood cholesterol; a core cardiovascular risk marker.
- Triglycerides — Blood-fat level; part of cardiovascular and metabolic risk assessment.
- LDL cholesterol (LDL-C) — The main atherogenic cholesterol and a primary target for cardiovascular risk management.
- HDL cholesterol (HDL-C) — The protective fraction; higher levels are favourable for the cardiovascular system.
- 12-lead resting ECG — Detects arrhythmia, myocardial ischemia and previous infarction.
- HbA1c — Average blood sugar over the past three months; a key diabetes indicator.
- Fasting glucose — Blood sugar on an empty stomach; initial diabetes screening.
- High-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) — Detects low-grade vascular inflammation and refines cardiovascular risk prediction.
- Homocysteine — Independent risk marker for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease.
- Apolipoprotein A1 (ApoA1) — The main structural protein of HDL; used with ApoB for the ApoB/ApoA1 risk ratio.
- Apolipoprotein B (ApoB) — Reflects the number of atherogenic particles; a sharper cardiovascular risk marker than LDL-C alone.
- Lipoprotein(a) — Genetically determined cardiovascular risk marker.
- Free fatty acids — Reflects fat mobilisation and metabolic risk; complements the lipid panel.
- Thyroid panel (5 items) — T3, FT3, T4, FT4 and TSH.
- Thyroid antibody panel (2 items) — Anti-TPO and anti-thyroglobulin antibodies, for autoimmune thyroid disease.
- 25-hydroxyvitamin D — Assessment of vitamin D status relevant to bone and immune health.
- Transferrin (TRF) — Iron-transport protein, interpreted with iron and TIBC in the anaemia work-up.
- Anemia panel (6 items) — Iron stores, folate and vitamin B12 status plus related indices behind anemia and fatigue.
- Rheumatoid factor (RF) — Screening for rheumatoid arthritis and other autoimmune conditions.
- Immunoglobulin A (IgA) — Mucosal immunity marker.
- Immunoglobulin G (IgG) — Main circulating antibody; reflects humoral immunity.
- Immunoglobulin M (IgM) — Early-phase antibody; indicates recent or active infection.
- Immunoglobulin G subclass 4 (IgG4) — Read with total immunoglobulins; related to IgG4-associated disease.
- Antinuclear antibody (ANA) profile — Screening for systemic lupus erythematosus and other connective-tissue diseases.
- Serum protein electrophoresis — Separates serum proteins to screen for monoclonal gammopathy and chronic inflammation.
Tumor Markers & Infection Screening
- Alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) — Key screening marker for primary liver cancer.
- CEA — Broad-spectrum marker for colorectal, pancreatic and gastric cancer, plus lung and breast cancer.
- CA 19-9 — Screening and monitoring marker for pancreatic and colorectal cancer.
- CA 72-4 — Gastric and ovarian cancer marker; useful alongside CEA and CA 19-9.
- Gastrin-17 (G-17) — Reflects gastric mucosal atrophy and gastric-cancer risk.
- Pepsinogen I & II (PG I, PG II) — Serological markers of gastric mucosal atrophy.
- Total prostate-specific antigen (TPSA) — Primary prostate-cancer screening marker.
- Free prostate-specific antigen (FPSA) — Read with total PSA to refine prostate-cancer risk.
- Cystatin C — Estimate of kidney filtration that is less affected by muscle mass than creatinine.
- Urine microalbumin (quantitative) — Early marker of diabetic and hypertensive kidney damage.
- C-13 urea breath test — Detects Helicobacter pylori infection, closely linked to gastric cancer.
- Fecal occult blood test — Screening for occult gastrointestinal bleeding.
- Stool DNA methylation test — Molecular screening for colorectal cancer and advanced adenomas.
- Low-dose chest CT — Low-dose CT for early detection of pulmonary nodules and lung cancer.
Imaging & Function Tests
- Abdominal ultrasound (liver, gallbladder, pancreas, spleen, kidneys) — Imaging of the hepatobiliary, splenic, pancreatic and renal systems.
- Thyroid & lymph node ultrasound — Imaging of thyroid nodules and cervical lymph nodes.
- Urinary tract ultrasound (ureters & bladder) — Kidneys, ureters and bladder.
- Bilateral carotid artery ultrasound — Carotid stenosis and plaque — a major stroke risk factor.
Value-added Services
- Breakfast — Provided after the fasting items are complete.
- Medical report — A written summary of every finding with the physician’s interpretation.
- Post-checkup GP consultation & report review — A physician walks you through the report and the follow-up plan.
How Your Visit Goes
